As a business owner, mother, and therapist, I found myself stretched thin, constantly pouring into everyone else while quietly running on empty. I looked like I had it together. On the inside I was overwhelmed, stressed, and slowly disappearing.
It became clear that I couldn’t continue living this way. True peace couldn’t be found through constant self-sacrifice. I needed to take control of my own well-being and build it intentionally.
Through practices like journaling, somatic movement, energy healing, and herbalism, I found my way back to myself. That journey led me to build two spaces rooted in healing: Peaceful Living Collective, a holistic wellness sanctuary for Black women, and a clinical practice dedicated to trauma-informed care and supervision.
I believe healing is both personal and collective. Whatever brought you here, I am glad you found your way.
“Healing is not a destination. It is a practice. And you deserve support along the way.”
