Ashley is a seasoned Licensed Professional Counselor with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Pfeiffer University and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University. With a decade of professional counseling experience, she holds licenses in both North Carolina and Georgia.

In addition to her counseling expertise, Ashley is a certified herbalist and Reiki healer, adding holistic dimensions to her practice. Specializing in trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she works extensively with adolescents, adults, and families. She adopts an existential theoretical orientation, integrating Cognitive Behavioral and Person-Centered Therapy approaches into her holistic approach.
