Ashley is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor (LCMHCS) with over a decade of professional counseling experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Pfeiffer University and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University.
Specializing in trauma-focused care, she works with adolescents and adults using a Person-Centered, holistic approach rooted in personal growth and empowerment. Her work is informed by EMDR principles, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and somatic approaches to healing.
In addition to her clinical work, Ashley is a certified herbalist and Reiki healer, and the founder of Peaceful Living Collective—a holistic wellness space for Black women seeking healing, rest, and community.
